Our inspiration: a little home for growing minds
Mi Casita was inspired by my love for children and my desire to create the kind of child care environment I would want for my own family—a place that feels safe, warm, personal, and truly like a little home away from home.
As a mother, I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident about where your child spends their day. That is why I wanted Mi Casita to be more than a place where children are simply cared for. I wanted to create a space where they feel loved, welcomed, and encouraged to learn, play, explore, and be themselves.
What makes Mi Casita special?
What makes Mi Casita special is the personal attention that comes with our small home-based environment. We take the time to get to know each child, celebrate their progress, respect their individual pace, and build a close relationship with their family.
For me, every little one who comes through our doors becomes part of our Mi Casita family. 🏡❤️
A day full of fun and learning
A typical day at Mi Casita combines learning, play, creativity, outdoor exploration, meals, and rest in a comfortable home environment. Our little ones enjoy circle time, story time, arts and crafts, music and movement, sensory activities, age-appropriate learning experiences, and outdoor play.
We follow a consistent daily routine while remaining flexible to each child’s individual needs. Throughout the day, children are encouraged to explore, make choices, build independence, interact with others, and simply enjoy being little.
Most importantly, we want every day at Mi Casita to feel happy, meaningful, and full of opportunities to learn and grow. 🌈
