At Mi Casita Learning & Child Care, we want every child to feel safe, loved, and at home while they learn, play, and grow. We provide a warm, family-oriented, bilingual environment with a small group size that allows us to offer close, personalized care while respecting each child’s individual needs and pace of development.

At Mi Casita Learning & Child Care, we believe the early years are filled with opportunities to discover, learn, and develop new skills. Each day, we strive to create experiences that encourage curiosity and allow our little ones to learn in a natural, fun, and age-appropriate way.
Through play, exploration, educational activities, songs, stories, and everyday experiences, we support each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. We want children to gradually build confidence, independence, creativity, communication skills, and positive relationships with others.
Our bilingual environment provides children with natural exposure to both English and Spanish through conversations, songs, stories, activities, and daily experiences.
Most importantly, we understand that every child is unique. We respect each child’s personality, individual needs, and pace of development while celebrating the little accomplishments they achieve along the way.

Meals & Snacks Included
Mi Casita provides:

We ask families to let us know about any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special feeding instructions so we can safely meet each child’s individual needs.
Rest & Nap Time
Children are provided with an appropriate opportunity for rest or quiet time according to their age and individual needs.
Close Communication With Families
We believe good communication helps families feel comfortable, informed, and connected to their child’s day.
We use a daily communication notebook to share information about meals, nap time, activities, and important observations.
Parents are also welcome to call or text during the day to check in on their little one. Families may request photos of their child to see how they are doing and share a little part of their day at Mi Casita. Photos will be sent whenever possible while always keeping the supervision, safety, and care of all children our top priority.

The safety, supervision, and well-being of our little ones are an essential part of our daily care. We want every child to feel safe, loved, and welcomed while enjoying their time at Mi Casita.
We also have 24/7 security cameras for added safety and peace of mind.
Enrollment Process
We’re happy that you’re considering Mi Casita Learning & Child Care for your little one! We want our enrollment process to be simple and give every family an opportunity to get to know us before their child begins care.
1. Contact Us
Call or text us at (386) 320-1473 to check current availability, ask questions, and tell us a little about your child and your child care needs.
2. Schedule a Visit
We’ll arrange a convenient time for you to visit Mi Casita, see our space, and learn more about our environment, daily care, and program.
3. Complete the Enrollment Application
If you decide Mi Casita is the right fit for your family, you’ll complete our Child Care Enrollment Application.
The application provides us with important information about your child, requested care schedule, parents or guardians, emergency contacts, authorized pick-up persons, health information, and individual needs.
4. Provide Required Documents
Before your child’s first day, all required enrollment and health documentation must be completed and provided, including the required immunization record and physical examination, as applicable.
5. Complete the Child Care Agreement
We’ll review and complete the Child Care Agreement and applicable documents so families understand Mi Casita’s policies and procedures before care begins.
6. Welcome to Mi Casita!
Once all required documentation has been completed and enrollment is confirmed, we’ll coordinate your child’s start date.
Enrollment is based on available space and our ability to appropriately and safely meet each child’s care needs.
